CCC operates on September-to-September transition model, where new infants are enrolled every September when preschoolers graduate. Rolling admissions are made for all programs on a space-available basis. Selection is made by the date of the preliminary application form, with priority given to children of state employees and siblings of students already enrolled in the center. CCC welcomes children and their families without regard to race, religion, culture, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, marital status, or political beliefs.
